2. Service Description

PixExtender is an AI-powered SaaS platform for image editing. Our core service uses advanced outpainting technology to intelligently expand and extend images beyond their original borders while maintaining the original style, lighting, and detail. The Platform also provides additional AI-powered tools, including image upscaling, photo enhancement, and photo restoration. All processing runs in the cloud and results are delivered to your account for download and lawful use.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal and Harmful Content:

• Adult content, pornographic, sexually explicit, or age-restricted material
• Violence, gore, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics
• Illegal activities including drugs, weapons, terrorism, or other criminal content
• Child exploitation or endangerment of any kind (zero tolerance policy)

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Celebrity images or photos of identifiable persons without consent

Misuse and Abuse:

Reporting Violations

Depending on severity, the associated account may be warned, restricted, or suspended.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload to our website.

Generated Content: You own all AI-extended images created using our services. You may use them for any lawful purpose including commercial use, marketing, and distribution.

No additional fees or restrictions apply to your generated content.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

The Platform operates on both subscription and credit-based models with the following terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal
• Credit packs are available for one-time purchases with no expiration
• New users receive free credits to start
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before billing date
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• All plans include commercial license and watermark removal

6. AI Technology and Limitations

Our Platform uses advanced AI technology across our image extension, upscaling, enhancement, and restoration tools, with the following considerations:

• AI-generated results may not be 100% perfect and may vary between images
• Output quality depends on the original image quality and content complexity
• Processing times depend on system load and image size
• AI-generated content is a machine interpretation and may not match reality
• Best results are achieved with images that have clear context and consistent lighting
• Our image extension and enhancement features are built on leading AI models, including Flux and Seedream

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and the accuracy or reliability of AI output. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any specific AI processing result will meet your expectations. The Service relies on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages.

7.2 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content produced or altered by our AI is a machine-generated interpretation, not a record of the real scene. It may contain inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely fabricated details, including objects, text, faces, or backgrounds that never existed. Do not use AI-processed images as evidence, journalistic or documentary material, medical or scientific imagery, identification records, or in any other context that depends on the image being a truthful record of reality.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-processed images before publishing or relying on them, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and the restrictions in Section 3. Where an image will be used in a professional or high-stakes context, always verify it with a qualified professional first.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixExtender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
